So I was really excited when there was a change of staff, leadership and culture just after (Dora) my GS arrived. The changes at Group 1 have meant there is the great customer service you would expect and I always have a really prompt response with help and support for anything I need. But in dealing with the Group 1 Team (as we know it today) I’ve noticed that something more than that has changed. These interactions have added value. I know the names of the Team and they know mine, I’ve joined in events they have arranged, passed by for a coffee and there is now a real sense of place. Through hard work and having the right people in place a community is growing and it is clear that Group 1 has a greater depth of value for motorcycling and the people who ride.”
